PerAnkh is a skills-to-opportunity platform that supports learning, skills visibility, community engagement, and institutional and employer-linked pathways.
Depending on your jurisdiction, the Platform may be operated and/or supported by:

3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only where permitted by law and, where applicable, with parental or institutional consent.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
5. Platform Rules and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation
- Upload malware, attempt to hack, or disrupt Platform systems
- Harvest data or scrape the Platform without permission

We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content You Post
The Platform may allow you to post content including text, media, links, documents, and portfolio materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Platform and providing its services.
You confirm that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Verification, Badges, and Skills Signals
PerAnkh may provide verification features (including badges, endorsements, or institution-linked validations). These features are intended to support skills visibility and trust.
You acknowledge that:
- Verification outcomes may be based on available information and program rules
- Badges or labels do not guarantee employment or outcomes
- Institutions or third parties may apply their own standards
8. Institutional and Employer Participation
Institutions, employers, and partners may participate in pilots or programs on the Platform. Their participation does not create an employment relationship with PerAnkh.
Where you apply for opportunities or interact with institutions/employers, you do so at your own discretion and subject to their terms and processes.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, all Platform materials including software, branding, design, and features are owned by PerAnkh and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:
- You violate these Terms
- We believe your use creates risk or legal exposure
- We are required to do so by law
You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational requirements.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific outcomes.
PerAnkh does not guarantee employment, admissions, funding, or specific opportunity outcomes as a result of Platform use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerAnkh and its operating entities shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use the Platform during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PerAnkh, Darrel Technologies Ltd, PerAnkh Limited, and their directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to operate across jurisdictions. Depending on where you reside and which entity provides services to you, local laws may apply.
Where required, disputes will be handled under applicable consumer protection and data protection laws in the relevant jurisdiction.
