Workforce infrastructure for skills-first economies.

PerAnkh builds the trust layer that makes demonstrated skill legible to employers, capital providers, and the broader economy — so workers become visible, businesses become verifiable, and opportunity can find them.

PerAnkh Limited is incorporated in Nigeria and incubated by Darrel Technologies Ltd (Ghana). Platform services are delivered regionally through Darrel Technologies Ltd where local engagement is required.

The problem

Across Africa, skills are abundant but not legible. Informal and vocational learning — the dominant form of real skills acquisition — remains largely invisible to employers, to capital providers, and to the broader economy.

The result is a persistent signal failure: workers who can’t be trusted because they can’t be verified, businesses that can’t access capital because their workforce value can’t be measured, and a missing middle that stays missing because the trust infrastructure to bridge it doesn’t exist.

Our approach

PerAnkh builds a compounding trust layer for demonstrated skill — not credentials, not course completions, but real work verified by real practitioners over time. The signal doesn’t reset. It compounds.

And as it compounds, it makes workers visible, businesses verifiable, and capital deployable where it currently cannot go. Learning becomes evidence → verification → economic mobility.

What we’ve built so far

A practical platform for skills evidence, validation, and visibility — designed for low-bandwidth environments.

🧾

Skills evidence feed

Learners document real projects (photos, short videos, write-ups) as proof of work — not generic course completion.

Expert verification

Domain experts validate high-quality submissions, turning them into trusted references and awarding credibility signals.

🏷️

Badges & skill signals

Recognition that helps outsiders quickly understand quality, consistency, and readiness — a portfolio that compounds.

🏫

Institutional pathways

Partner institutions onboard cohorts, set themes, and create structured progression that aligns learning to outcomes.

🔎

Discovery & talent visibility

Make great learners and creators discoverable — for collaboration, mentorship, and eventual employer engagement.

🌍

Open infrastructure direction

We’re packaging our skills-evidence standardization work as open building blocks (OSEVS) to enable interoperable ecosystems.

For capital providers and development partners

The gap between skills investment and economic return is not a capacity problem — it is a legibility problem. Capital cannot flow where it cannot verify. PerAnkh changes that.

By building verifiable, longitudinal records of demonstrated competence, PerAnkh gives DFIs, impact investors, and development partners a new data layer: one that makes workforce quality measurable, makes training outcomes traceable, and makes the human capital that underlies SME growth visible for the first time. If you are deploying capital into skills, employment, or enterprise development across Africa and want to de-risk those investments with real evidence, we would welcome the conversation.
